How much caffeine is in each Zenja product?
The Morning Red Sachet contains green coffee with approximately 95mg of caffeine per serving. The Evening Blue Sachet is completely caffeine-free. All caffeine levels are clearly marked on product packaging.
Preparation & Usage
How do I prepare Zenja sachets for best results?
Empty one sachet into 150-200ml of hot water (80-85°C). Stir well for 30 seconds until completely dissolved. For iced coffee, use less hot water initially, stir, then add cold water and ice.
When is the best time to consume Zenja products?
Morning Red Sachet: 30-45 minutes after waking for optimal metabolism boost.
Evening Blue Sachet: 1-2 hours before bed for appetite control and relaxation.
Can I drink both sachets in one day?
Yes! That is exactly how the AM/PM system works. Red Sachet in the morning for energy and metabolism, Blue Sachet in the evening for appetite control and restful sleep.
